The building, designed by Grid Architects, is a 17-storey structure that underwent a significant transformation involving re-cladding and refurbishment. The new facade, an angled aluminium perforated cladding, was designed to brighten the building, concealing its openable windows. This renovation played a significant part in the wider regeneration of the area. The transformation of the 50-year-old building, which originally had commercial use, presented considerable challenges that were meticulously addressed in the design phase.

Vantage Point offers a variety of apartment types including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom flats. These apartments are designed with luxurious fixtures and finishes, and come furnished with a range of furniture and accessories.
